The Sisters Area Chamber of Commerce has a 12-member Board of Directors.  The Board of Directors are responsible for administration of the Chamber, policies and long range planning.  Board meetings are held monthly on the first Thursday of the month and are open to the public.

Each director is elected to a three-year term.  Board of Director elections are held every December by a vote of the membership.  Terms begin on March 1 of the following year.  The annual installation dinner is the official welcome and farewell to incoming and outgoing board members.

The Executive Committee consists of the Board President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Past-President.
